On 15th July 2010 Stakeholder Forum brought together a diverse range of UK stakeholders to discuss the Rio+20 Earth Summit and the outcomes from the first preparatory meeting (PrepComm1), which took place in New York from 17th-19th May 2010.
The morning meeting took place at the Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church on Shaftesbury Avenue, London. Over 30 people participated in the meeting representing a range of organisations and groups, including NGOs, community groups, trade unions, government, business and many more.There were presentations from Hannah Stoddart, Head of Policy and Advocacy at Stakeholder Forum; Felix Dodds, Executive Director at Stakeholder Forum; Derek Osborn, President of Stakeholder Forum and Jane Stratford, Defra.
