Stakeholder Forum will be publishing its Outreach magazine<\/a> at the third round of \u2018informal informal\u2019 negotiations on the Outcome Document, 29th<\/sup> May – 2nd<\/sup> June, in New York and invites you to contribute material to be included in the magazine.<\/p>\n

The content of the daily issues will be based on a series of themes. The articles should correspond with one of the themes listed below.<\/p>\n

Articles should be 550-700 words in length and should reflect the state of the Rio+20 negotiations on the topic.<\/p>\n

Outreach<\/a> is our multi-stakeholder publication on climate change and sustainable development, which has been produced at various international meetings on the environment since 1997.  Our aim is to empower stakeholders and provide space for debates and discourses on topics being negotiated at intergovernmental meetings.  Published as a daily edition, Outreach provides a vehicle for the voices of regional and local governments, women, indigenous peoples, trade unions, industry, youth and NGOs.  Outreach is distributed daily as a hard copy magazine to attendees and as a daily html email to a range of list servers to reach stakeholders not in attendance.<\/p>\n

In the run-up to Rio+20, Outreach is providing an essential platform for stakeholder dialogue, informing both delegates and those following the Rio process.  We have published articles, interviews and profiles from the leading thinkers involved in Rio+20 and recorded podcasts from key discussions at side events.  Each daily edition is shaped around a theme discussed in Rio, allowing for more targeted coverage and diverse discussions on each topic.<\/p>\n
