International Council for Adult Education Special Rio+20 Newsletter; “Voices Rising”

The International Council for Adult Education (ICAE) has produced a special edition of its newsletter “voices rising” on Rio+20. The issue includes interviews with ICAE’s Secretary General, Celita Eccher, as well as Monica Simons, of the Center for Environmental Education of Guarulhos (CEAG), Brazil.
