This report is the result of a consultation by the NGO Steering Committee to the UN Commission on Sustainable Development and a range of Stakeholders who were involved in sustainable development, with regards to both its monitoring and implementation. It was produced in the run up to the 5 year review of the Rio Earth Summit and includes recommendations and actions in a number of areas.
